Websites use cookies to keep you securely logged in and display interactive content. When cookies are blocked, websites will experience issues loading or get stuck in a "login loop."
Follow the step-by-step instructions below for your specific web browser to fix this issue.
🌐 Google Chrome (Desktop & Mobile)
Chrome is currently phasing out traditional third-party cookies, using a feature called "Tracking Protection."
Option A: The Quick Fix for a Single Website (Recommended)
This fixes the error without lowering your overall privacy settings.
Open the website that is showing the error.
Click the eye icon 👁️ (or lock icon 🔒) located on the far left side of the address bar at the top.
Turn ON the switch next to Third-party cookies.
Reload the web page.
Option B: The Permanent Fix for All Sites
Click the three vertical dots (Menu) in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Select Settings.
Click Privacy and security on the left menu.
Select Tracking Protection (or Cookies and other site data).
Choose Allow third-party cookies.
💻 Apple Safari on macOS (MacBook)
Apple blocks cross-site tracking by default, which stops third-party cookies from running.
Open Safari.
Click the word Safari in the top menu bar next to the Apple logo.
Select Settings... (called Preferences... on older macOS versions).
Click the Privacy tab (the hand icon).
Uncheck the box next to Prevent cross-site tracking.
Uncheck the box next to Block all cookies (if it is currently checked).
Refresh your web browser window.
📱 Apple Safari on iPadOS / iOS (iPad & iPhone)
Open your device's home screen and tap the Settings app (the gray gear icon).
Scroll down the left-side panel and tap on Apps (or Safari directly on older system versions).
Tap on Safari.
Scroll down to the section labeled Privacy & Security.
Turn OFF the toggle next to Prevent Cross-Site Tracking (it should switch from green to gray).
Turn OFF the toggle next to Block All Cookies if it is currently enabled.
Close Safari completely, then reopen it to save the changes.
🟦 Microsoft Edge (Desktop)
Click the three horizontal dots (Menu) in the top-right corner of Edge.
Select Settings.
Click Cookies and site permissions from the left sidebar panel.
Click on Manage and delete cookies and site data at the top of the menu.
Turn OFF the setting labeled Block third-party cookies.
🦊 Mozilla Firefox (Desktop)
Firefox relies on Enhanced Tracking Protection to block third-party elements.
Click the three horizontal lines (Menu) in the top-right corner of Firefox.
Select Settings.
Click Privacy & Security on the left sidebar menu.
Under the Enhanced Tracking Protection section, change your setting from Strict to Standard.
Alternative (Custom Fix): If you prefer to stay on Custom, change the drop-down menu next to "Cookies" to "Cross-site tracking cookies, plus isolate other cross-site cookies" instead of completely blocking third-party cookies.
🛠️ Still not working? Quick Troubleshooting Tips
Clear your cache: Force refresh the page using Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) to clear out broken background files.
Test in a Private Window: Try opening the site in an Incognito / Private window. If it works, a browser extension or ad-blocker is causing the issue.
Check your device clock: Make sure your device's date and time are set automatically. An incorrect system clock will instantly expire cookies and make them invalid.
