1. Use Google Chrome as your browser.

2. Clear your cache/history.
- On your computer, open Chrome
- At the top right, click Settings (3 vertical dots).
- Towards the bottom, click More Tools.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- Click on Basic.
- Check: Cookies and other site data, cached images and files.
- Click Clear Data.
3. If you are already using Chrome and have cleared your cache/history AND it still doesn't work, then try a different browser to see if you get the same result.
4. If you are using a mobile device, download the Brightspace Pulse app and use it.
5. If none of the above solves your issue, then you need to reach out to the publisher's student support website.
