With the latest update from Chrome on Windows, they have broken the ability to print from the web browser. We have contacted Google. They are aware, and working on a fix. In the meantime, there are two methods that you can use to work around this issue until Google fixes the problem.
Method 1: Use FireFox or Microsoft Edge to print.
Since the issue only affects Google Chrome, try using a different web browser to print.
Method 2: Create a new shortcut for Google Chrome and edit the properties.
- Completely close out of Google Chrome.
- On your desktop, right-click Google Chrome and select Create Shortcut
- It will ask you if you want to place a new shortcut on the desktop and select Yes.
- Then right-click the new shortcut you created, select Properties
- Inside the text box that says "Target:" paste the following line after "chrome.exe." --disable-features=PrintCompositorLPAC
- You can rename the shortcut and use that shortcut to open Chrome. You should now be able to print.
