Check Manage Grades.
If an item has no association in the association column, it isn't linked to anything.
Go to Content.
Click on the item (e.g. Study Plan: ¿Dónde están mis llaves?)
Scroll down until you see the word "Assessment" on the bottom right.
Click on it.
Select the appropriate grade item.
