We have currently set up a new print server across campus. We will no longer be using any printers from the previous Opal print server. Attached you will find a list of copiers that will need to be installed to continue printing from your device depending on the building you are located in. Any of our techs would be happy to add the copier for you if you would like. We only ask that you put in a support ticket at https://coker.freshservice.com or email support@coker.edu and one will be created for you automatically. 


Windows Devices:
If you would like to install the copier yourself, you can do so by right-clicking the windows symbol on your Windows Device > Selecting search> typing in \\print2016 > and finding the copier or printer listed for your building and double-clicking on it.  The printer should then install and you can go into your control panel > Printers & Devices> right-click and choose the option to make it your default printer.


Mac Devices:

Open Finder > Applications>  Find the Self-Service application and open it

The self-service application should then open, afterward click on main Devices & Printers on the left-hand side.

Find your printer in the printer list attached below and click Install.


The listed devices only include the large copiers across campus. If you need to use any of the smaller printers across campus and do not know which one to add. We ask that you put in a support ticket and one of our Techs will reach out to get it added for you.
