All active students, faculty, and staff are automatically enrolled in Cobra Alerts. Cobra Alerts are only used for critical communications and therefore individuals cannot opt out of the alerts. Your Cobra Alert information comes from different places depending on whether you are a student or faculty/staff.


Students:

Visit CobraStop to review/update your contact information

If you're already in CobraStop, click the "User Profile" link under your username in the upper right corner or under the "User Options" section of the lefthand menu.

  • Email notifications are sent to your Coker email address and your Personal email address
  • Text messages will be sent to your personal cell number and your alternate cell number
  • Voice calls will be made to your personal cell number and your home phone number


Faculty/Staff:

Visit iSolved to review/update your contact information

  • Email notifications are sent to your Coker email address and your Personal email address
  • Text messages will be sent to your personal cell phone number and your Coker (Vonage) phone number
  • Voice calls will be made to your Coker (Vonage) and home phone numbers


If you hear about a Cobra Alert notification through a third party and did not receive the notification, please contact IT Support (support@coker.edu) immediately.
